Cant find w-2 from Polk County WI

if you can't find your w-2 than you either need to request a copy of it from your employer and or contact the IRS for a copy of your W-2 transcript. If you need to file an extension you can do that as well. Also try contacting your employer to see if you can download a copy of the W-2 somewhere.
