If you already filed, you need to wait until the original returns are completed before you file an amended return.

When complete, make the amendment, and printout the amended return in full. An amended return can only be mailed in, so goto IRS. GOV and search amended returns. You need to find the address you need to send it to. It differs upon your state of residence.
