If, when i filed my extension i accidentally entered my gross wages into what i owe in federal instead of what i actually owe by mistake, what should i do?

If, when i filed my extension i accidentally entered my gross wages into what i owe in federal instead of what i actually owe by mistake, what should i do?

It is not very important as the numbers on the extension are only estimates. They are not used by the IRS.

If, when i filed my extension i accidentally entered my gross wages into what i owe in federal instead of what i actually owe by mistake, what should i do?

It's pretty important because TurboTax will now want to credit you for that large amount.
You'll have  to correct that to the actual amount you pay with extension, if any, when you do file your tax return
