If the efile says there is a mistake on the line 12 but there is no mistake, how do I get it to except it so I can efile

Do you mean line 12 of your Form 1040?  Line 12 is your Standard Deduction or amount for your itemized deductions.   Is that the line you are referring to?  Or some other line 12 somewhere else?  There are a lot of forms and lines when you prepare a tax return, so please be specific.
