Once the return is submitted to the IRS, TurboTax does not receive any further updates. You will need to reach out to the IRS for any inquiries on your personal return. Many have found that calling as soon as they open in the morning helpful.

I thought I could use Turbo at zero cost based on my income. At the end of processing my information I'm expected to pay.
