If my amend is done and I’ve received my Federal return by direct deposit And I never received my state Return, do I still get my State return in the mail?

Recieved federal, but not my state before amending.

You will receive the state tax refund based on how you chose to receive the refund when completing the File section of the TurboTax program.  If you chose to receive the state refund as a check then that is how the state will send the refund.
