If my 2020 federal return was accepted by the IRS on 2/27/21, but owed taxes have not yet been paid, will the 3rd stimulus check be based on my 2019 or 2020 Tax Return?

The third stimulus has not yet been enacted into law. And the IRS has not given any guidelines about that stimulus yet.

The third stimulus payment is based upon the latest tax return filed and processed by the IRS.
