Are you referring to the return status shown when you log into TurboTax?
If so, TurboTax doesn't get any feedback from the IRS about when or if you actually received a refund.
If your efiled return was accepted, then that "return status" in your account will always show as "accepted" since it refers to your efile, not the refund.
