If I owe $300 for unemployment repayment I already filed my taxes, will they keep my refund?

I found out I owe about $300 for unemployment repayment. I already filed my taxes and I did include the 1099g information, but I put no for repayment because I didn't know I owed the $300. Will they just take the amount from my refund, or cancel out the refund altogether? My federal refund is about $7000

You will most likely receive your entire refund amount, and still have to repay the $300 back to your state.  It is possible however your state my get the $300 out of your return.  It would depend on how long they have been trying to collect it and other factors as well.

In either case, your refund will not be cancelled.

I just received the letter today regarding the overpayment of benefits, I had no idea I owed anything. So my first thought was, crap I just did my taxes and said I don't owe, received the "accepted" notification about the refund and now this. I don't mind them taking the overpayment, or me paying the overpayment on my own, just hoping they don't keep or delay the rest... fingers crossed... thanks for your response
