If I had only provided the last 4 numbers of my account number for direct deposit but I have the correct routing number will the IRS still be able to send my return?

I have the correct routing number, but for some reason only the last 4 numbers of my account number show up on my filed state and federal return.

If you did not enter your complete account number, your direct deposit refund will be rejected and returned to the IRS which will then send you a paper check.
