If I finished my taxes in 2019, and saved them for 2020. But, then find out that it didn't submit. Is there a way to submit the 124 pages without filling them out again?

The only way to file a 2019 return is to print, sign and mail it.   E-filing has been permanently closed for 2019 returns since October 15, 2020.  However, you would not need to mail 124 pages.   Most of those pages are just worksheets that do not have to be sent to the IRS.  They are just for your own records.  When you print the return to mail it you only need the pages for filing by mail, and copies of any W-2's or 1099's that show tax withheld.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
