No, unfortunately, you cannot have been claimed as a dependent on someone else’s 2019 tax return to get the first or second stimulus payment.
When I complete tax return for 2020 it shows I am due $1800 stimulus payment. So that is not correct?
The prior answer is wrong. You can get it on your 2020 return if you qualify even if your parents got it for claiming you in 2019 or 2018.
The Stimulus Checks are really based on your 2020 return we are filing in 2021. So any amount you already got will be reconciled on your 2020 return line 30. If you didn't get a Stimulus Check (and qualify) or you qualify for more it will be added to your 2020 return. But the good news is if they paid you too much they won't take it back.
