If federal and state taxes have been accepted and a return is being processed. My employer moved locations and did not update city tax info for non residents.How to file?

I am a non-resident of Grand Rapids, physically working in Grand Rapids. My employer did not update tax information and I should owe. I cannot find the information needed to file with the city of Grand Rapids.

To generate a city non resident return for MI select the following:

1. Michigan
2. Continue through until you get to the screen that says " A few things before we wrap up"  and select start next to Michigan city tax returns
3. When asked which city you live or work in, select Grand Rapids.  
4. Continue through selecting that you work there and enter your earnings in Grand Rapids.
