were do I fine the file button

You will have to scroll to bottom of Home screen and click Add a State( you are not really adding it this is just to get the menu to appear). Then over to the left is the File tab, on step 3 is where you choose the e-file or file by mail option. If you are trying to switch from file by mail to e-file, please see the TurboTax FAQ below.
