Oddly Turbo Tax tells you the form you need to amend your return is not available till March 25 but that form is available on irs site right now.

They told me the same thing about having to wait 10 weeks... i have family members who filed after me, the same credits, and much larger refund than myself and theyve all receiced theirs already! The only difference is that I went through Turbotax and they didnt!... i should have learned after last year, but because of prior years, decided to try 1 more time and give benefit of the doubt... never again! The lady i talked to said its still processing. No errors from what she can see and it isnt being audited and IF there are any errors, then theyll mail me something, but as of right now call back if i havent heard anything 10 weeks from the date they received my stuff! Smh... luckily tho, i DID receive the stimulus friday night! God bless you all and best wishes! Ill update once something changes.

@spursride they are only using 2020 refunds to process the stimulus ONLY if your 2020 tax refund has processed meaning it was accepted, processed, and refund sent to you. ..otherwise they will go back to 2019 taxes or what info you gave in the portal they had a year ago, if neither of those, then theyll use your 2018 taxes.

It's a joke they are lying. Just like you my tax return is easy as pie. I've had to wait extra couple days before because of eic and ctc but never over 4 weeks. I'm way over 21 days I called tax advocate they said my return is stuck in status 900 which means unselected inventory awaiting transfer to ERS department. This is where millions of us are stuck for no reason. We have to wait for someone to manually review the retina. It's continues to lie to us and blame us for errors and say it's the credit holding us up. What a joke. They should be held responsible for this. We should defund the IRS . Here they are taking it out on poor people and let the rich scumbags slide by . Tolds us to file early and than screwed. Us. My bf filed same day and time and he isn't stuck in processing he got his refund two weeks ago.

That's nice and all but it's not true. Where's my refund doesn't work at all. People get depaoys and where's my refund still says processing .

This is all I will say and yes my bars are gone also but what I think is funny is that there have been so many excuses or replies given as to why they disappeared its somewhat funny....I have heard most of the delay is because of the stimulus and different child claims from year to year...I think the reality is they are just way behind and are severely backlogged because how could this year be the year when all these so called problems arise but never in the past.

Yea I finally Got through to irs People and nothing wrong with mine as guy could see. Then transferred me to Returns and lady told me a few reasons why it may have been pulled....eic, child tax credit , or stimulus Money Trying to be claimed with taxes. Was told 10 weeks minimum On my return and to not call back until 10 weeks if haven't received refund. They didn't want people waiting Longer and getting mad....Asked her wtf you talking about ?? I'm already mad as I just keep getting the run around. My taxes were accepted On the 13th...this year nobody's Taxes were accepted Before their date of the 12th unless you were pulled for their little tax experiment . So looks like I'll be waiting up to 10 weeks maybe longer.....but just got stimulus Friday so really wtfs going on .9 yrs with tt and have gotten every year within 10 days. And the reason why The status Bars went away on wmr site Is because The traffic checking it.....mine continues to Read still Being processed and Will give you a refund Date When Available . Absolute Bs as this year with the coronavirus I really needed this refund....Rapid like. IRS is understaffed And just tickling your Ears And trying to keep us calm. I think we all need to get together And bring to attention with your local news crews. Btw how do I get in touch with a TAX ADVOCATE? Also if yall need the real way to get ahold of a person in the irs hmu. Sorry yall really sucks and its always The poor getting screwed over.

70 is for the deluxe edition And you have to physically Pick it.....they just dont pick for you but they do suggest the plan best for the way your filing .

I'd advise To not amend nothing unless irs tells you that you Need to. They'll send you a letter if they need anything else .

Same exact Thing here. 10 weeks and stimulus Friday. If you had a issue with taxes or prior stimulus money You'd think These idiots would hold that to wouldn't You?????

2019 version ? When I filed they asked which year I wanted to use and of course with the 12 k in lost wages I used 20 w2s as tt stated that's the one I should use to get the maximum amount Back. This is why people go postal. Screw the hardworking people and let the rich keep getting Richer ....bull**bleep**
