I was approved for $500 while doing my taxes once IRS accepted I received an email saying I wasn’t approved for the advancement. I can say I will no longer use TurboTax after this year. I’ve used turbo for 8 years but this is the 2nd time I was offered and got nothing.  I’ve read plenty of others are in the same boat as me. If your approved then your approved no where does it say your approved but subject to changes. I’ve enjoy using turbo because it’s easy but broken promises and lack of trust has now made me change my mind and I won’t be referring others to use turbo tax. I always do direct deposit but decided to do the card for the advancement 2 years in a row and I always get my full return in March. Turbo has definitely got issues with misleading others.

Same here.  I cant even speak to a representative. This is sad
