I was accepted by the IRS the path act says you must wait till the middle of February to see when you refund has been updated my taxes where accepted January 22, 2018 on February 12, 2018 that will be

Every case is different and since everyone is different each will be handled differently. On the link I am including below it states "Most taxpayers won’t be impacted by the PATH Act
