1) If you used the "Desktop/Download version that is installed on your computer for 2020, then the only copies are on your computer, or any backups you've made.
2) (exactly what date was your efile accepted??)
3) If you used the "Online" browser-based version, and IF you can see the other years.....then you need to call Customer Support. A lot of other people seem to be having trouble getting their 2020 PDF file...specifically that year.
