I want to complete/amend my previous years taxes. I’ve tried downloading the program for the year needed, it’s not compatible with either of my lap tops. Any suggestions?

How do you know it's not compatible?

Are your laptops Chromebooks? The TurboTax software does not run on a Chromebook. The software is only available for Windows or Mac.

There are separate downloads for Windows and Mac. Did you download the correct software for the type of laptop you have?

Also, the TurboTax software will not run in Windows in S mode. If your laptops have Windows in S mode, you have to switch out of S mode in order to run TurboTax. Once you do that, it's permanent. There is no way to go back to S mode.
