I want a refund

However, if you filed with the program for which you paid, you are highly unlikely to receive a refund.

I paid $111 for an $89 refund. The refund was rejected and I have to print and mail my return. I want a refund on the $111. I did not get what I paid for.

Did you use the Online version?  The Online fees are to prepare the returns whether you efile or print and mail.  They don't usually give refunds for the online version.
