There are many banks that are not affiliated with TurboTax for importing. So here's how to proceed:
On that screen that says "Let's get your tax info", instead of typing the bank name on that screen, leave that search line blank. Then scroll way down the screen to the bottom right and click the gray button "I'll type it in myself." The button may not be visible until you scroll down.
Then you can manually enter your 1099-INT, and it has a place to enter the institution's name and data boxes.
If you need more than the displayed data boxes, there is a checkbox that says something like "My form has more boxes."
