I tried to download copies of my 2018 & 2019 taxes but several people I sent them to, & my self have not been able to open them, I have asked for mailed copies for months they said they’d mail them but I haven’t ever received, also my partner, had problem

I need copies sent to me as opening them and downloaded problems are happening. I was told they’d send copies months ago, but that never happened. Can you help me to get copies sent, or send me copies ASAP, as now it is very important. Thank you Deb

What files did you send to the people? It needs to be a pdf file. Not a .tax or .txt file. Anyone should be able to open a pdf file. Maybe you are not attaching it to the email right?
