I transmitted fed/state returns but TurboTax tells me "We're ready to file your taxes"

As the subject says: I transmitted my federal and state returns. TurboTax told me that all is good and that I can quit, so I did.

After receiving emails that both returns were accepted, I reopened the return file, and was surprised to see the "We're ready to file your taxes" screen. In the past TurboTax would display a confirmation that the returns were accepted, but not this year.

When I click "Continue", it asks me how do I want to file. OK, so I tell it to e-file and click "Continue" -- now it tells me that returns were transmitted. No hint that they were accepted. I click "Continue" again, and it asks me again how do I want to file. This loop repeats ad nauseam.

What is going on there? Has anyone else run into this?
