I think I messed up. I used the non-filers too on IRS website to input my correct bank account info to get the stimulus money. I now need to amend 2019 taxes I assume?

Are you saying your 2019 tax return efile was rejected because you previously used the non filer part of the stimulus payment web site to register and enter direct deposit information for the stimulus payment? If that is what happened, you don't need to file an amended return. You just print and mail your original return now that you have completed it correctly.

Will I still receive my 2019 taxes refund even though I filed through Non-filers tool. I have sent out my tax return through mail already.

It's difficult to predict what the IRS will do. They could use the non filer registration or wait until your tax return if processed. Just continue to watch the IRS portal to see what happens: Get My Payment
