You file whatever your W-2 (or 1099Misc, etc.) shows as your 2017 income. The number of months you worked is not relevant to how much refund you will get. "Full refund"? Not sure what you mean by that--you do not necessarily get back all that was withheld--you get back the amount of tax you overpaid after you have met your tax liability.
