TT refund dates are only estimates.

Were you having the fees deducted from your refund?

What is displayed here at the IRS tool?  Did you get the deposit date from this tool?

If the IRS has actually sent the funds, the IRS FAQ page says to allow "up to 5 days" due to variations in bank processing procedures and times.   However, if that date you gave was from the IRS website, then it has indeed gone longer than 5 days.

However, there may be another link in the chain that you can check.  But first please confirm where you got that date.

If you paid fees out of your Federal refund, the funds go first from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.   Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card.)   If you used that method to pay fees, and if the IRS tool I linked above shows they have actually released the funds, we can tell you how to check on the funds at the level of the intermediary company.

4/12 is 21 days from the acceptance date, so it's probably the TT estimate.

"accepted on the 3/22/19 and said it be deposited on the 4/12/19"

The estimated date that TT gave you is 21 days from the acceptance date. The IRS link I posted states that it can take longer than 21 days. TT does not guaranty refund or deposit dates. You misunderstood.
