I still have not gotten my federal refund. I filed Feb 1st accepted Feb 12th and still nothing. WMR says my tax return is still being processed?

That seems to be the norm this year. In fact, the IRS is still processing a backlog of several million 2019 tax returns due to the COVID shutdown.
