I started my 23 taxes with turbo tax online but have to finish on desktop. How do I get the information to come over from the 2023 online version?

I downloaded the desktop, with the same account login and selected "move information from online" but it look like I have to start from scratch with desktop..when I was almost done on the online version.

When you start the 2023 desktop program, on the first screen that is presented, did you click on the blue button labeled Continue From TurboTax Online?

If so, it should have asked you to enter your TurboTax online account User ID and Password that you used for the 2023 online tax return. Then once downloaded you should have been able to finish the 2023 return.
