There is no second stimulus. Congress has not voted for a second stimulus check.  IF and when they do the IRS will have guidelines for getting the checks.  If you are not eligible for unemployment compensation, unfortunately, we cannot help with benefit information here.  We answer questions about income tax and TurboTax software.   Stay safe.
