The info in your Online TurboTax account will not change. Go by the IRS WMR tool.
If the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool at https://www.irs.gov/refunds says your refund has been sent, here's how to check on it through the intermediary company SBTPG (aka Tax Products Group) that handles the process when TurboTax fees are paid out of the refund.
To log in to SBTPG's refund lookup tool, at the page below choose the "For Taxpayers" portal, then at the next page choose "Check with TPG."

TT refund dates are just estimates, based on the customary IRS goal of 21 days. The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the new tax laws and extra stimulus filings, as well as unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown. In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable. But if TT told you that the IRS Accepted your efiling for processing, then the government has it. (Approved is a later step, but TT receives no further updates once a return is Accepted.) Unfortunately, contacting the IRS will not speed things up. Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient. Also see:
Since your return has been accepted, you can begin to track your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site. You'll need your Social Security number or ITIN, filing status, and the exact amount of your refund to check your status.
TurboTax can only give you an estimate date that your refund should be paid. However, a lot of taxpayers are experiencing delays due to the IRS backlog right now. Although The IRS issues most refunds from e-filed returns in about 21 days, some returns take more time to review. In addition, the IRS is processing millions of returns, as well as stimulus checks, and they are doing everything they can to be as prompt as possible.
For some taxpayers, PATH Act requirements and other identity-protection safeguards implemented by the IRS may account for longer wait times.
Other things that can delay your refund include, but are not limited to:
Also, if you chose direct deposit, your financial institution may need another day or two to post the refund to your account, so keep that in mind.

You're welcome. Good luck.
If needed, SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours. Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as I mentioned above.
