I received an email from TurboTax saying that they had processed a refund for me to a MASTERCARD credit card. I don't HAVE a Mastercard Credit Card.
Sorry but no one here can see your account so we cannot help you with this. You'll have to contact Customer Support by phone. Don't use the word refund in your reason for call because that sends you to an automated system to check for your tax refund.
