I received a notice from the IRS for FORM 8885. We don't have that form and need to remove it. Please help! I cannot figure it out

Simply respond to the IRS notice that you were not eligible for the credit and to please remove it from your return ... there is nothing more you need to do ... they will recompute your return automatically.

Filed extension, filed state in Oct, paid taxes that turbo tax said, got letter from state for penalty and interest
