I received a corrected w2 with box 12a code C and an amount filled in, do I need to file an amended return?

I received a corrected w2 with box 12a code C and an amount filled in of $488, do I need to file an amended return? This is the only change showing on the W-2c, as they forgot it on the original W2, no corrected amounts in any of the other boxes, including box 1.

don't bother filing an amended return because your taxes will not change. the code indicates it's group term life insurance with any taxable portion included in box 1. This is just an information item that carries nowhere in your return.

don't bother filing an amended return because your taxes will not change. the code indicates it's group term life insurance with any taxable portion included in box 1. This is just an information item that carries nowhere in your return.
