I paid for Audit Defense through my TurboTax Business software, but do I need to pay for it again through the Home & Business software as well? In other words, do I need to pay for Audit Defense twice? Once for Business and once for Home & Business? Thank you.

It depends.

What type of business is it?  It is a corporation?  You will need to look at your membership certificate to determine who is listed there.  

If it only shows the name of your business, then your individual return would not be covered under this agreement.
