I opted for Payment Plan when needing to pay but nothing is on IRS website and nothing in mail

So when doing my taxes this year I owe, like 1k, and I opted for the payment plan method. When I go to my IRS account it still doesn't show anything [I did them April 13th and it is now may 10th]. I am needing to do the payment plans because I don't have the whole thing all at once. I also would prefer not to just randomly make payments without seeing what I owe on there each time. 

How long does it take for the PAYMENT plans to show up?

You will need to review your plan by going to the IRS website for payment plans here.  Scroll down to the section titled "How do I review or revise an existing plan."

You will be prompted to log in and should be able to view any payments made to your account.

You can also sign into your Online account with the IRS to view your payments and the balance due.  

As far as how long does it take for the IRS to reflect the payments, you would also need to directly reach out to them.  You can check your bank statement as well if you chose to make payments directly from your bank account.
