The IRS will not begin accepting returns until 1/29/2018, so the notice could be for that reason. I would recommend waiting until that to see if the notice leaves or changes. If it is removed, then everything is ok. If it is not removed, then please let us know, a code/instructions should appear if there is a problem, but this will only happen after the 29th.
You can check if they have received and accepted it by going to the Where Is My Refund link at the IRS site after 2/10/2018. You will also be able to download the IRS2GO app so you can check anytime (after 2/10/2018) on your mobile phone.
