I no longer have the bank account that I have on file. How can I change my bank information?

Unfortunately, if you have already filed your returns and they have been accepted, you will not be able to change your bank account information. Once the bank receives your refund and notices that you account no longer exists, the bank should send your refund back to the government who will then issue you a check to be received by mail.
