I need to Verify my banking information

The easiest way to check to see if your routing and account number are accurate is by viewing your Form 1040.  Your account information is listed on Lines 20 b,c & d of your Form 1040.

Your banking information can also be found on your TurboTax Electronic Filing Instructions Page in the BalanceDue/Refund section.  If you did not print the instruction sheet, please follow these steps to print or view it:

  • Sign back into your TurboTax Account
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click "Add a State" (You will not be adding a State, this is just a way to get you back into your tax return)
  • Next select "Tax Tools" (left column) and then "Print Center"
  • Select "Print, save, or preview this year's return"
  • Choose to include the "Government and TurboTax worksheets
  • Then click "View or Print Forms"
  • View the "TurboTax Electronic Filing Instructions Page"

I need to Verify my banking information

Turbo tax is not allowing me to verify my bank routing and account information.  I get caught in a loop when I click "continue"  It circles me back to selecting where I want my refund to go then asks me to verify but gives me no way to.

You are commenting on an older thread that might contain outdated information.  Try the below steps to see if this clears the loop:

      • Log completely out of Turbo Tax.
      • Then, clear your cache and cookies within your browser and completely close out of it.  I have included the Help Articles below if you need assistance with clearing cache or cookies.
      • Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax and see if this fixes the situation.  You can also try a different browser as well or "incognito mode".

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please reach back out here in the thread and someone will follow up with the next steps.
