You would have to use a desktop product (installed on a computer) to prepare your state returns and, even then, you would have to print and mail the returns. Online preparation and e-filing for 2018 are no longer options.

also, check with your state first to see what their rules are for the 2018 tax year.. It may not be worth the effort
for example, For the federal return, the IRS will not provide refunds for the 2018 tax year as the deadline for filing for a refund was April 15, 2022. But if you owe money, you owe, there is no deadline after which you are absolved of the tax due..
