I need to change my bank information

If you have not already filed your return follow the instructions below to change your bank account number.

To access or change your banking information in TurboTax Online you would go to the File section:

• Select File in the upper right of the screen
• Select  the "Revisit" button next to "Your Refund Info"
• Answer the interview questions
• You will arrive at a screen asking for your bank account information

If your return has already been filed and accepted by the IRS, they do not allow any changes to the bank account for deposit of your refund.  They will process the original request and then convert it to a paper check mailed to your address on the return.

However, if your return is rejected you have the opportunity to make any change necessary before sending the return back through e-file.

I have tried that  several times, and  that DOES NOT WORK!!
