I need to access my 2019 return which I filed through TurboTax online. When I try to access the return the system says I don't have returns yet to access.

Access where ?    Are you looking for a transcript of the 2019 return ? 

Or are you looking for the PDF of the return thru the TT system ?

My computer crashed and I lost my pdf of my 2019 tax return.  How can I get a copy of it?  I am trying to update information for the stimulus and i need my adjusted gross

If you used the DOWNLOADED program and did NOT save the PDF  to a separate storage medium then it is lost ... you can load the program again and complete the return again from scratch.  Or get a transcript from the IRS if you can get thru the online system ...  https://www.irs.gov/site-index-search?search=transcript&field_pup_historical_1=1&field_pup_historica...

If you used the ONLINE VERSION:

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Well, in the email I received about my return being accepted there is 'take me home' button where it seems to indicate that I can track, print, or save a copy of my return. When I click on the button it takes me to a page to enter some information such as name, address, etc. It then emails me a code to enter so that I can access the return. But, the system will not accept the code. Says it is incorrect credentials. I need to save a copy out for my records - I tried to do that when I submitted my return - but the system would not let me. That was on March 26th. I'm trying now because I need some of the info on the return. It does not matter to me if it is a transcript or PDF, although I would prefer a PDF copy.
