I need status on my refund

I don't remember the amount I'm getting back, and and i try to look it up, and i got no answers plus it states that ill get my refund on the 2-11-20 it's been over 10 days nothing yet, from federal or state refund, and i did got the email it was accepted on federal and state, so I'm having trouble checking when i get my refund and amount, i e-file.
