I need help getting the latest download to read my previous year returns

I have last year loaded on my inputer and I was to download this year to start and read my previous information to fill in. who can I call?

If you have last year's tax file (or PDF) saved to your computer, you can import it into this year's desktop software.  Here are the instructions.  You would install it and choose to Start a New Return, then select your 2017 tax file when prompted to transfer in last year's info.   Transfer last year's return to 2018 TurboTax for Windows

It looks like you are using the Online version now.  If you used TurboTax Online last year, your previous information will transfer over to the new return that you start in TurboTax Online.  If you need to talk to someone to walk you through this, see below.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3300041
