My boyfriend received a 2nd W2 from his work because they forgot something on the first one, but it does not say corrected w2. I put in the information and now it seems as if they are going to take his ENTIRE federal return away on top of charging him...what's the deal? I am just very confused as to why his whole return is getting reversed.

Tammy it is best to start a separate thread for your issue, since the other thread is not related. Also you can contact customer service by following the instructions below.

Sign in to TurboTax Online if you're not already signed in.
Select Search in the upper-right corner and then Contact us.
Enter your question, select Let's talk.
Select Get the number then follow the instructions to call us
