I need access to previous returns with TurboTax Home & Biz (Windows)

I see my returns on the website, but when I click on them it says I need to upgrade to access them.

"It looks like you need to pay for TurboTax Self-Employed to instantly access your TurboTax returns"

Hi,

You can follow these steps:

Sign back into your Turbo Tax online account.

From the Welcome Back screen, select Visit My Tax Timeline
Select the year from your Tax Timeline
From the list of Some Things You Can Do on your Tax Timeline, select Download /Print My Return (PDF)

That's what I did, but it says I need to upgrade to plus and pay. I see all my previous 15 years worth of returns

But I already paid for Home & Business 2016!

On a side note, I tried the call system several times and the callbacks go straight to voicemail.
