Only your employer can provide the 2023 W-2.  Contact your employer.

No, TurboTax doesn't have a copy of your W-2 form unless you scanned it and saved it to the My Docs section in TurboTax. Note, this is not an option included in the free version of TurboTax.

To check for your 2023 documents:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account
2. Select Documents on the left. 
3. Change the dropdown to View documents from: 2023.
4. If you stored documents here, they will show on the list. 

If you don't see any stored documents, you will need to contact your employer to get copies of W-2.

You may have received an email saying that you can import your W-2 into TurboTax. That just means your employer partners with TurboTax and they have made the forms available for import.
