I’m trying to apply for an advance. I’ve used turbo tax for 5 years now and everytime I apply, it says they can’t verify my info. Nothing has changed.

I’m trying to apply for an advance. I’ve used turbo tax for 5 years now and everytime I apply, it says they can’t verify my info. Nothing has changed. I even had my taxes deposited into my credit karma money account last year.
