I'm being audited and haven't received a notice yet, but I did receive a part of my refund. Why is that?
Seems that the IRS agreed with part of your tax return and refunded that part. For the other part in question, they are reviewing it and will send a letter to you to notify you if what they determined and if they are asking for more any information for you to provide.
