To be eligible for a stimulus check, both spouses must be U.S. residents with a Social Security number valid for employment (unless one of the spouses is a member of the U.S. Armed Forces).

Once you both meet those requirements, you would be eligible.  But, you may have to wait until you file your 2020 tax return to claim and get credit for the stimulus amount.
