I lost my Turbotax Deluxe 2015 CD. I have a .tax file from last year that I need to open asap. What are my options without having to rebuy again?

I have the .TAX2015 File, but no copy of Turbotax to open it and print my reports. I do not have the PDF version of this file. What are my options without having to rebuy since I no longer have the CD?

Only the 2015 software can open a 2015 tax file.   If yiu purchased the CD from TurboTax then TurboTax would have a record of it and probably be able to give you a download.  Call customer support.

You can call Customer Support this way.

When asked to enter a question do not say "Refund" or you will get information about tax refunds, say "Billing Issue" or something else.

Numbers to call will only be available during business hours.
